In the past, when an emergency has come up, such as a flat tire (which has happened a few times), the staff has been right there to fix it. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism and especially their contribution to those in need in our community.

After many years of diminishing ability to walk, I decided to purchase a mobility scooter. I was advised to instead purchase a power chair, which never fulfilled what I wanted, which was a means to join my family and dogs on walks, not always on pavement. I tried to trade in my power chair to the agent from whom I purchased it, but neither they nor several other agents would accomodate me. I finally called the dealer which was situated quite a long way from my home, City Wide. They not only agreed to give me a trade in on my chair, but they also very patiently gave me the most amazing help and advise on the purchase of my Big Foot Scooter. In the end my husband bought one as well so he could keep up with me because a whole new world opened up for me and he wanted to share it. A year later, and we are so happy with our scooters, and the service we have had from everyone at City Wide is way beyond anything we could ever have expected. Don't go anywhere else for your mobility needs, make a beeline for Citywide.

City Wide Scooter & Wheelchair Sales and Service volunteers once-a-month at Our Place Society providing a Mobility Scooter, Power Wheelchair and Walker Repair Maintenance Clinic. They not only repair and maintain power chairs, scooters and walkers for our highly marginalized clients but they also donate refurbished equipment. The four mobility scooters they've donated have been life enhancing for the individuals with severe mobility issues who received them.Art Bamford - City Wide Scooter employee - every time he comes to Our Place engages with our clients in a way that makes them feel heard and appreciated. He always goes the extra mile, including visiting our clients when they've been hospitalized.City Wide Scooter is a great company and Our Place staff and clientele so appreciate their service.

Art and his team will go above and beyond, too make sure your needs are met. This is not just a store , this is a group of people that care about you as a person.I am a individual going through some of the hardest battles of my life. I truly do not know where I would be without them . Not only have they helped me with scooters and all my mishaps I create, but they are a shoulder too cry on and a caring hand when your down. Excellent selection of scooters and walkers at a variety of price ranges! I was able to find the exact walker I was looking for at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and informative; their service was some of the best in town. I wholeheartedly recommend City Wide for all scooters, walkers, and wheelchair related.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ally during a visit to my mother's senior care residence and she was very helpful in providing ample information about mobility products for my mother. Even better, she was able to explain everything in our mother tongue, so I didn't even need to bother with translating. I'm grateful for Ally's assistance and will definitely keep her in mind if we need mobility support in the future.

City Wide Scooters was a huge relief of stress for me when buying my first scooter. I had a general idea of what I thought I wanted but Art helped me to see that if I had spent my money on that item I would have been SOOOO disappointed. He pointed me in a different direction and put me in a scooter that is far better than I could have imagined a scooter to be!
